(5)The President shall preside over all meetings of the committee at which he is present. In his absence, the Vice-President shall preside or in the absence of both the President and Vice-President, the members present shall elect one amongst themselves to preside over meeting:[Provided that a meeting of committee in which co-option of a member or representative is made or election of President/Chairman to hold shall be presided over by the Returning Officer.] [Inserted by notification No. F-5-3-91-XV-1, dated 18-4-91.]
