Section 118(1) in Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act, 1995
(1)If after the final scheme has come into force, the Authority considers that the scheme is defective on account of an error, irregularity or infirmity or that the scheme needs variation or modification of a minor nature, the Authority may apply in writing to the State Government for variation of the scheme.
