This appeal by the assessee against the order dated 03-09-2019 passed by the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)-2, Kolhapur [„CIT(A)‟] for assessment year 2012-13.

2. On perusal of the letter dated 04-03-2021 filed by the Director of the assessee company we note that the assessee wishes to withdraw the appeal in view of having filed application under Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme proof of which the Form No. 3 is enclosed before this Tribunal.

3. Shri Vitthal Bhosale, the ld. DR has no objection in case the assessee wishes to withdraw the appeal.

4. In view of the request made by the assessee the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
