Since despite sufficient opportunity, appellant has failed to deposit the decreetal amount, in terms of order dated 04.04.2023, passed in CMP No. 17155 of 2022, interim protection granted to him vide aforesaid order is vacated and the respondents are at liberty to get the judgment of the trial Court executed, in accordance with law.
