IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN
 JAIPUR BENCH, JAIPUR
ORDER
SB Civil Writ Petition No.12602/2013
Mohammad Salim & ors versus RSRTC & ors
18.7.2013
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MN BHANDARI
Mr SK Singodiya - for the petitioner/s
BY THE COURT:

It is stated that controversy involved in this writ petition has already been decided by this court at Principal Seat, Jodhpur in the case of Shankar Lal & ors Vs State of Rajasthan & ors, SB Civil Writ Petition No. 7682/2009, decided on 19.1.2011 thus it is prayed that petitioners may be given liberty to make a representation to the respondents in the light of the aforesaid judgment and, thereupon, respondents should consider it for extending necessary benefit as prayed.

I have considered the submission. Since prayer has been made for liberty to submit representation to the respondents. This writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondents in reference to the judgment, he wants to rely upon, with a copy thereof. If any representation is made, respondents are directed to consider the same as per law. The needful may be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of representation. If the case of the petitioners is covered by the judgment aforesaid, then it is expected that petitioners would be extended necessary benefit. In case petitioners are not found entitled for the benefits as claimed, they may be conveyed the same by a speaking order. In that eventuality, petitioners would be at liberty to take proper legal recourse.
