               PRAYER: This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to
               direct the respondents to issue a “No Objection Certificate” to run the business of
               Massage Parlour, SPA, Beauty Parlour in the name and style of “S3 Beauty and
               Wellness Spa”, at 474-DEF, Second Floor, RK Complex, Alamelu Nagar,
               Kamarajar Main Road, Peelamedu, Coimbatore 15, by passing order on the
               petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2022.

                                                      ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to issue a “No Objection Certificate” to run the business of Massage Parlour, SPA, Beauty Parlour in the name and style of “S3 Beauty and Wellness Spa”, at 474- DEF, Second Floor, RK Complex, Alamelu Nagar, Kamarajar Main Road, Peelamedu, Coimbatore 15, by passing order on the petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2022.

2. Mr.Leonard Arul Joseph Selvam, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondents police would submit that respondents will consider the representation of the petitioner within a period of one month and pass orders on merits.

3. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondents.

4. In such view of the matter, the respondents police are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.07.2022 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order and pass orders on merits.
