3. Power to suspend Act.
- The [State] [Substituted by para 4(1) of the ALO for 'Provincial'.] Government may, by notification in the [Official Gazette] [Substituted by para 4(1) of the AO for 'Calcutta Gazette'.] suspend the operation of this Act in any place.
