1. Mr. Sanjay Jain, learned ASG for NTPC Ltd., states that the written submissions have been filed, although, belatedly. The same are not on record. He states that his assisting counsel shall ensure that the written submissions are brought on record before the next date of hearing.
2. Mr. Vikram Nandrajog, counsel for the Driplex Water Engineering Pvt. Ltd., states that he has received the copy of the submissions and he will file his response thereto, within a period of four weeks from today.
3. Re-notify on 9th February, 2022.
