      THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY,
THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

                                 ORDER

Petitioner is the accused, seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No. 83/2012 registered for offence P/U/S 191, 192, 196, 197, 198, 200, 205, 209, 406, 420 and 464 of IPC by the Rajanakunte Police.

2. It appears that the petitioner by putting signature of the complainants 1, 3 4, and 5 has withdrawn the amount from the bank nearly Rs.1,70,000/- with interest.

3. The matter is still under investigation. Considering the same, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Petition stands dismissed.

4. However, if the petitioner surrenders and seeks for regular bail, the same may be considered on merit as early as possible not later than two days.
