Section 4(5)(a) in Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities Act, 2016

(a)
(i)In case of Metropolitan Region Development Authority, the Principal Secretary to Government, Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department shall be Chairperson of the Executive Committee, and the Metropolitan Commissioner shall be a member-convener of the Executive Committee.
(ii)In case of Urban Development Authority, the Vice-Chairperson of Urban Development Authority shall be the Chairperson of the Executive Committee;
