Section 60(2) in Uttarakhand Panchayati Raj Act, 2016
(2)If resigning Pramukh, Up Pramukh or member not withdraw his resignation within ten days then after the sanction of Zila Magistrate the resignation by the Pramukh, Up Pramukh or members office shall be deemed vacant from the date of receiving in the office of Kshettra panchayat.
