Section 33(4) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1991
(4)The fee shall be paid by the trader immediately after the purchase in respect of purchases within the market and within a week in' respect of other first purchases or sales effected in any other place in the notified market area except the market aforesaid:Provided that the fee shall not be payable more than once on the same notified agricultural produce either in the same notified market area or in any other market area within the State of Tamil Nadu.
