Section 28(d) in Himachal Pradesh Registration of Tourist Trade Act, 1988
(d)if his name has been removed from the register on the grounds mentioned in clauses (c), (d) or (e) of section 29 of this Act and 3 months have not elapsed since the date of such removal; and
