Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that order dated 16.12.2009 passed by this Court in writ petition no. 2111 of 2003 (S/S) has been complied with.
In the light of the aforesaid fact, I hereby dismiss the contempt petition and the discharge the notices issued to opposite parties 1 and 2.
