versus
THE NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR MINORITIES AND ANR.
..... Respondent
Through: Mr. Mubarak Ali, Adv. for R-2
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE YASHWANT VARMA
ORDER
% 19.04.2022 Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the Court notes that, prima facie, the minutes of the meeting held on 12 February 2019 appear to have been clearly misconstrued. The subsequent statement of representative of the petitioner recorded by the Commission in its meeting held on 12 July 2019 also cannot possibly be read or understood as a concession made on behalf of the petitioner to reinstate the private respondent. Presently, the attention of the Court has not been drawn to any material which may establish or indicate that the petitioner had conceded to the reinstatement of the private respondent. Learned counsel for the first respondent prays for time to address submissions in light of the above. Additionally, learned counsel for the first respondent is granted liberty to place the minutes of 12 July 2019 on the record as an additional document List again on 10.05.2022.
