Section 4(3) in The Orissa Vesting of Properties (in Grama Sasans) Rules, 1965
(3)In the case of uninhabited village the service of any general notice shall be by proclamation and by beat of drum and by posting it in the presence of not less than two persons to some conspicuous place in the nearest inhabited village.
