1. It has been informed that Misc Bench No. 8887 of 2009 Rakesh Srivastava Vs. State of U.P and another having the same issue is coming up tomorrow, therefore, in the interest of justice, same may be taken up tomorrow along with said writ petition.
2. After appreciating the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, list/ put up this case tomorrow i.e 04.05.2017.
3. In the mean time, learned Standing counsel will seek the instructions in the matter.
