18. Inspector-General of Registration to exercise general superintendence.
- The Inspector-General of Registration shall exercise a general superintendence over offices of all Mohammadan Registrars, and shall have power from time to time to frame Rules consistent with this Act, for the guidance of the said Mohammadan Registrar and the regulation of their offices generally.
