12. Power to call for records etc.
- The Commission may call for any records, reports or other information from any college. Government College or from any University, if in its opinion, such records, reports or other information is necessary for efficient discharge of its functions and in such cases, the College or the University shall furnish such records, reports or other information to the Commission, as the case may be.
