However, the petitioner will be at liberty to avail the remedies in terms of the said order including the facility of participating in proceedings by video conferencing.
It will be open to the parties to have mediation by video conferencing if such facility is available.
The transfer petition is disposed of in above terms. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
