14. Power to investigate and recommend action in in cases.
- The Ombudsman shall have the power to investigate and recommend action in complaints or grievance regarding abuse of office, corruption, maladministration against the Panchayat/District Council or its members is alleged- In all such cases, Ombudsman shall send his report to the Governor for further action.
