Section 94(3) in The Maharashtra Municipal Corporations Act, 1949
(3)After examination and review of the report and statement by the Standing Committee a printed copy of such report and statement together with a copy of the Committee's review shall be forwarded to the usual or last known local place of abode of each councillor by such date as the Standing Committee may from time to time prescribe and copies thereof shall be placed on sale at the municipal office at such price as the Commissioner may fix.Annual Budget Estimate
