Section 5(1) in The Maharashtra Council of Indian Medicine Rules, 1961
(1)All meetings of the [Council] [Substituted by G.N. of 21.3.1985.] shall be convened by the Registrar by a notice addressed and sent to each of the respective members not less than thirty clear days before the date fixed for an extraordinary meeting.
