Section 18 in The Orissa Court-fees (Amendment) Act, 1939
18. Amendment of Article 6 of Schedule I of Act VII of 1870.
- In the third column of Article 6 of Schedule I of the principal Act -(a)for the words "for annas" the words "six annans" shall be substituted;(b)for the words "eight annas" the words "twelve annas" shall be substituted;(c)for the words "one rupee" the words "one rupee eight annas" shall be substituted.
