Section 60(1) in The Orissa Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993
(1)The owner or operator of every contract carriage other than taxi cabs and autorickshaws, shall maintain a list of passengers travelling in Form XXXI in respect of each trip and such list shall be produced before the officers of the Orissa Motor Vehicles Department on demand or before any other officer authorised by Government for the purpose.
