Section 2(xiva) in Telangana (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Markets Act, 1966
(xiva)[ 'Private Market' means a market established in the notified area under sub-section (7) of section 7 where infrastructure has been developed by a person for marketing of notified agricultural produce holding a licence for the purposes of this Act; [Clauses (xiva) to (xivc) inserted by Act No.25 of 2005.]
