Section 3 in The Rajasthan Boiler Attendants' Rules, 1954
3. Competent person must possess certificate; extent of qualification.
- No person who does not possess a certificate of competency as an attendant under these rules shall be deemed a fit and proper person to hold charge of a boiler and no holder of any such certificate shall be deemed a fit and proper person to be in attendance and incharge of a boiler except to the extent of his qualification indicated in such certificate.
