(b)An officer of the Iron Ore [, Manganese Ore Mines and Chrome Ore Mines Labour Welfare] [ Substituted by G.S.R. 535(E), dated 28.6.1983 (w.e.f. 1.7.1983).] Organisation in the State concerned shall be appointed as the Secretary of the Advisory Committee and the Secretary so appointed shall be entitled to attend and take part in the meetings of the Advisory Committee, but shall not be entitled to vote.
