(2)A copy of every notification under sub-Section (1) shall be displayed in a prominent place in the village and another copy affixed on a conspicuous part in the office of the Deputy Commissioner of the District or of the sub-divisional Officer of the sub-division, as the case may be, and the substance of every such notification shall also be published in the prescribed manner.
