Section 51 in The Bodoland Autonomous Council Act, 1993

51. Protection or right of non-tribal.

- All rights and interests of the non-tribal citizens on the date of constitution of the Bodoland Autonomous Council within the Council Area shall be protected in matters pertaining to land and their language.
