(5)A member of the SIA team shall facilitate the public hearing. The concerned Tahsildar, MPDO and Station House Officer of respective police station shall also be present in the public hearing to assist the SIA team. The Gram Panchayat or Municipal Ward representatives shall also be involved in all the decisions regarding the arrangements for the public hearings in their respective areas.
