Section 10 in Rajasthan Excise (Amending & Extending) Act, 1957
10. Amendment of Section 13, Rajasthan Act 2 of 1950.
- In clause (a) of Section 13 of the principal Act, for the words "Rajasthan or any part thereof the words "the territories to which this Act extends" shall be substituted.
