298. Permission for use of new burning or burial ground.
(1)No place which has not been used as a burning or burial ground, cremation ground or electric crematorium before the commencement of this Act, shall be so used without the permission in writing of the Commissioner.(2)Such permission may be granted subject to any condition which the Commissioner may think fit to impose for the purpose of preventing any annoyance to or danger to the health of any person residing in the neighborhood.
