K.K.SASIDHARAN,J.

The learned counsel for the petitioner made an endorsement indicating that he is withdrawing the writ petition with liberty to approach the concerned authority to redress his grievances as indicated in Paragraph 7 of the order, dated 22 October 2016.

2. In view of the endorsement so made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.

3. In case any such representation is given, the concerned authority shall consider and dispose of the same on merits, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within a period of two months.
