Section 4(1) in Telangana Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2001
(1)The Authority shall consist of a Chairperson, [Vice Chairperson] [Inserted by Act No.9 of 2006.] and such other members not exceeding fifteen in the aggregate including Ex-officio members.
