1. By way of the present petition under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, the petitioners have challenged the F.I.R.
No.0358/2021, registered at Police Station Nohar, District Hanumangarh for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406, 323, 354, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on the ground that the same has been lodged vindictively.
2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to put forth their defences by way of representation along (Downloaded on 22/07/2022 at 09:07:43 PM) (2 of 2) [CRLMP-2972/2022] with documentary and other evidence before the Investigating Officer.
3. In case such representation is filed, the Investigating Officer shall consider the same, in accordance with law.
4. The present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
5. The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
