Section 320(6) in The Bombay Provincial Municipal Corporations Act, 1949
(6)Every place vesting the Corporation used for burying, burning or otherwise disposing of the dead shall be registered in the register kept under sub-section (3), and a plan showing the locality, extent and boundaries thereof and bearing the signature of the City Engineer shall be deposited in the municipal office.
