1. Rule. Learned APP waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent-State.
2. This application is preferred through jail seeking parole leave for a period of 30 days on the ground of repairing his house.
3. Heard learned APP for the respondent-State.
4. Petition is dismissed on following grounds: -
(A) He has been convicted under Section 363, 366, 376 of the Indian Penal Code for 10 years (B) He has been absconded for 342 days, when released on parole by this High Court in past. (D) No sufficient ground to release him.
5. In view of above, this application stands rejected. Rule is discharged.
