Section 705(1) in Rules of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, 1952
(1)Every meeting shall be held at such place and at such time as in the opinion of the liquidator shall be most convenient. The cost of summoning a meeting of creditors or contributories convened by a liquidator shall be paid by him out of the assets of the company.
