for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records to the
proceedings dt 14.5.07 in Memo No. 014252/44/G1/G12/2007-3 issued by the
2nd respondent and the seniority list as on 30.06.2007 communicated under
letter No.06793/G3/G32/2007-5 dt.20.07.2007 issued by the 3rd respondent
quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to draw panel
for promotion to the Junior Chemist and issue promotion orders only after
issuing provisional seniority list, afresh calling for objections and issuing final
seniority list for Tester (Chemical) in accordance with law in a time bound
manner.
