In the present revision petition, petitioners have challenged the order 16.03.2013 passed by the executing court whereby it attached the account of the department.
Mr. Sidhu, learned counsel for the petitioners has assailed the order. According to him, in view of order passed on 16.03.2013, salary head account was also attached. As a result, petitioners have not been paid their salary till now.
Heard.
It appears that a suit was preferred by one Kashmir Singh against the Agriculture department. Said suit was decreed on 12.05.2009. Pursuant to decree, execution petition was filed before the executing court. Executing court attached the account of the department. Admittedly, petitioners were never a party to the said suit and are strangers to the litigation. In my considered view, present revision petition is, thus, misconceived. Dismissed.
