Section 68(f) in Kolkata Municipal Corporation Building Rules, 2009
(f)Outdoor type transformer will be allowed to be installed in the mandatory open space provided-(i)There will remain after such proposed installation clear minimum open space of 1.2 m. from the adjoining boundary line.(ii)While providing such space for transformer, a minimum open space of 4.00 m. shall have To be kept to facilitate vehicular movement wherever applicable.
