Section 3 in The West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences Act, 1995
3. Incorporation of University.
(1)With effect from the appointed day, there shall be established a University by the name of the West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences.(2)The University shall be a body corporate, shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and shall sue and be sued by the name of the West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences.(3)The principal seat of the University shall be located at 37 and 68, Kshudiram Bose Sarani (Old Belgachia Road), Calcutta-700 037, under the Calcutta Municipal Corporation established under the Calcutta Municipal Corporation Act, 1980.
