1. It is a hard case that petitioner become overage by one day. As per advertisement for the post of Supply Inspector, the candidates were allowed to appear in the examination with the condition that they ought not to be more than 40 years of age on 1st July of the Calendar Year, i.e., 01st July, 2022.
2. There are two judgments against petitioner passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court in Writ-A No. 2467 of 2022 (Sachin Raghav vs. State of U.P. and another), decided on 21.04.2022 and Writ-A No. 232 of 2022 (Vijay Kumar Singh vs. State of U.P. and others), decided on 25.05.2022 wherein Courts have not granted any relaxation despite the petitioners therein were shortfall for few days or few months. In these circumstances, though the heart of the Court is with petitioner but, in law, no relief can be granted.
3. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
