Section 134C(3)(a) in West Bengal Co-operative Societies Act, 2006

(a)The State Government's subscription to the equity share capital of a Co-operative Credit Structure Entity shall not exceed twenty-five per cent of its subscribed equity share capital and the State Government or the Co-operative Credit Structure Entity may reduce the State Government's subscription further at its choice.
