Section 49(ii) in The Jharkhand Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 2000
(ii)At such meeting, a candidate for the office of Vice-Chairman shall be proposed by one member and seconded by another and the names of all the candidates proposed and seconded shall be read out by the President of the meeting.
