24. The Planning Board.
(1)The Planning Board shall be the principal planning body of the University.(2)The Planning Board shall be responsible for monitoring the development of the University.(3)The constitution of the Planning Board, term of office of its members and its powers and functions shall be prescribed by the Statutes.
