48. Delegation of powers.
- The Government may, by notification, delegate all or any of the powers vested in them under this Act or the rules made thereunder, except those powers conferred upon them by sections 16, 17, 19, 34, 35, 43, 47, 49, 57, 58 and 60 to any officer or authority subject to such conditions and to such control and revision by the Government or by such authority as may be specified in the notification and in the like manner withdraw any power so delegated.
