77. Establishment of Panchayat Samiti.
(1)For each Block there shall be a Panchayat Samiti, having jurisdiction, over the entire block excluding such portions of the block as are included in a Municipality constituted under any law for the time being in force.[***] [Sub-section(2) omitted by Act No. 10 of 1997.]
