Section 3(15) in The Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961
(15)[Six] [Substituted for the word 'four' by Punjab Act 13 of 1979.] members shall constitute a quorum at a meeting of the Board;Provided that if a meeting is adjourned for want of quorum, no quorum shall be necessary at the next meeting called for transacting the same business.
